We offer competitive and comprehensive medical, dental and vision plans to meet your needs. Harcros offers three medical plans to choose from. Each plan provides in and out of network benefits through national provider networks. Prescription coverage is also offered as well as 100% coverage for preventative services including wellness visits, immunizations, and all preventative screenings. There is the ability to see specialists without a referral.

The vision plan is a full-scale discount program. It offers open access which provides flexibility for employees and their families to use their benefit at any location. Coverage also includes routine eye exams plus a materials allowance.

For employees working more than 30 hours per week, Harcros covers 100% of your basic life insurance. In addition to basic life, supplemental life insurance can be purchased for employees and dependents.
